At Caitlyn Minimalist, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
